Welcome to our In The Works page where we let you in on our future plans for Skyview Ranch. Hopefully,
you will share our excitement for all the up and coming plans we have. We even have a comment box where you can share your
thoughts and maybe an idea, suggestion, or just a little moral support. We can all use a little of that every now and then.
Most of all we want Skyview Ranch to become a place for everyone in the community to enjoy!
DRIVING RANGE Our concrete
tee line is complete and we are currently installing practice mats as well as automatic ball feeders. We have been getting
great responses from our customers about the ball feeders. One customer had this to say, "This is the life, I'm not
even tired!", after he finished a basket of 125 balls. Come try out our new tee line and let us know what you think!
RV PARK We are
continuing improvements to the RV Park. Over the course of the winter, we plan to finish concreting the lots along the
east fence. Our biggest endeavor for the coming year will be to build a new recreation hall! We are really excited about this
planned addition to the park and hope that it will provide a comfortable gathering place for guests and residents of the park.
The building will be 3000 square feet and will have plenty of seating areas plus a television area. A corner kitchen
will allow for pot-luck dinners and snacks. A pool table will also be added to the mix eventually.
LIGHTING We are adding lighting to the entire park!
Along the entrance road will be 3 high-watt lights for the safety and security of our guests. These lights will allow for
easier navigating when using the driveway at night as well as provide a greater sense of security. The driving range will
be lit up like a Christmas tree and the lights will stay on all night! Can anyone say 24 hour golf? Now there's something
you don't hear everyday!
